What SpinalAI is (and is not)
SpinalAI is a wellness and education tool for back health. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace doctors or physical therapists. Everything it shows you is general information.
Emergencies and red flags
If you have loss of strength or sensation, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever along with your pain, or pain after a hard impact, do not use the app: seek urgent medical care. The app tries to detect these red flags and refer you out, but that detection can fail.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18. The app is not directed at minors. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
Responsible use
The exercises are gentle and low-risk, but you are the one performing them: stay within your tolerance, avoid sharp pain, and stop if anything gets worse. If you have doubts about your case, talk to a health professional.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and not sharing your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse: reverse engineering, scraping content, reselling, or unlawful use.
Subscription and billing
The assessment and your first plan are free. Premium is billed through your App Store account at the price shown before you buy. If your plan includes a free trial, it converts into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. It renews automatically; cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Intellectual property
The software, the SpinalAI brand, texts, illustrations and routines belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app; you may not copy, modify or redistribute its content.
No warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of health outcomes: every body is different. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made without consulting a professional. Nothing here limits rights the law grants you that cannot be waived.
Changes and leaving
We may update these terms and the app’s features; if a change is significant we will give you reasonable notice inside the app. You can stop using SpinalAI anytime and delete your account and data from Profile → Account.
